This Commercial Kitchen Deep Cleaning specialist based in Bromsgrove, Worcestershire is looking for an enthusiastic New Business Sales Person to join their successful Sales Team.

They are regarded in their industry as the foremost supplier within their specialist niche and enjoy a healthy client base of contract Blue Chip customers. As they continue to drive standards within their industry they need to recruit the very best candidates who can achieve at the highest level. They are looking for people who can strive for superior performance and demonstrate a passion for Sales, Customer Service and their career

This role will require you to deliver in all aspects of New Business Development including prospecting strategies and activity, sales skills, negotiating and closing.

They place a great deal of emphasis on developing their talent and invest in both in house and external training so this role would suit both an experienced Sales Professional looking to maximise on an uncapped commission scheme or someone looking to develop their career by selling added value service delivery.

A base salary of between GBP16k & GBP24k will be paid and this will be negotiable based on your experience and with a realistic bonus and commission scheme you can expect to earn GBP39k OTE, these additional earnings are uncapped.

Key Tasks include:
- Telephone Prospecting - Using a database, scheduling and making calls, collecting key sales information, qualifying customers and arranging meetings and recording all information and communications held.
- Field Prospecting - Cold Calling unknown customers and gaining key sales qualification information and known prospects to gain further information to assist sales process.
- Marketplace research - Using the internet and business networking tools to find new customers and develop contacts within existing customers.
- Submit sales orders to service team together with all other information required to enable a successful start to the contract.
- Assist with the management of current contract customers, tracking orders, identifying additional opportunities and updating the sales forecast.
- Record all communications and sales activity in database.

To flourish in this role the successful applicant must have an abundance of enthusiasm and determination and be happy working to a proven KPI sales model which will ensure you can capitalise on the opportunity and achieve the potential rewards the role has to offer. You must be able to demonstrate a confident and professional telephone manner, a good level of general Microsoft Office skills and be able to prioritise tasks in order to meet deadlines.
