This privately owned, UK-based business provides technology solutions to help companies schedule employees and manage remote workforces using their product. Their customers operate predominantly in the Logistics, facilities management, security services and cleaning sectors.

To drive the growth of the company, we are looking to recruit an experienced Telesales Executive with proven experience of exceeding sales goals and targets. This is a great opportunity to become involved in some of the most interesting and ground breaking developments in mobile computing technology as it finally converges with the employee scheduling and remote workforce management marketplace.

Key Responsibilities

The purpose of the role is for the successful Telesales Executive to make calls and generate leads in line with personal sales targets. Other responsibilities include:

- Achieving KPIs based around volume of calls and conversion rates
- Developing relationships with new clients.
- Arranging a visit for one of the specialist Senior BDM's to visit and close the sale
- Gain a clear understanding of the cleaning and security sectors.
- Effectively organising your day to maximise time spent on the phone.
- Maintain and keep up to date the internal CRM database

Key Competencies;
The successful candidate will be well presented, articulate and clear, with a professional telephone manner, able to demonstrate past evidence of achieving and exceeding sales targets, a high achiever, able to demonstrate success within a sales environment and you must have Telesales experience to enable you to make an immediate contribution to their business.

Necessary qualifications/ experience;
You must have experience in a highly pressurised, target driven environment, with a passion for delivering exceptional service to each and every customer, you will be able to work individually as well as within the existing team, taking direction when offered as well as using your own initiative to achieve success.
