Do you love working in the digital industry?

They are looking for an Account Manager who is keen on playing a key role in an exciting technology company. Their clients are amongst the largest in the pharmaceutical sector. You will develop and grow strong client relationships and play a hands on role in the day-to-day management of accounts. You will be servicing the SLAs for all their digital solutions which includes expanding the sites and updating content.

You will be working closely with their software teams to ensure they have clear instructions for the requests. You will be expected to manage some of the smaller projects from the brief stage all the way through to production and you will also manage the finances for ongoing support and maintenance contracts.

You Have:
- Great client facing communications skills.
- The ability to initiate, build and manage strong client and stakeholder relationships.
- A passion for providing excellent customer support and care.
- Strong skills in turning client needs and requests into clear and actionable instructions for the software team.
- Ability to identify unmet client needs, and successfully turning these into new opportunities.
- Experience of delivering digital from an agency/technology company.
- Ability to work independently with great concentration and attention to detail.
- A strong work ethic with the customer's satisfaction at the centre.
- College graduate

You Might Also Have:
- Experience from the pharmaceutical sector.
- Experience from a sales or customer support role.
- Experience in working directly with software teams.
- Experience in working with Assembla (or similar)
