KEY REQUIREMENTS: Due to the nature of this role candidates can be based anywhere within the UK as you can work remotely from home. However, this job will involve significant international travel
Experience within the chemical, plastics, packaging or related sectors is essential
Due to continued growth and development we now have a fantastic new job opportunity for a talented and experienced Regional Sales Manager to provide inspirational leadership to a close knit team of sales and technical professionals across a range of designated countries.
Working as the Regional Sales Manager you will assume overall responsibility for developing and delivering the regional strategy to ensure the sales budget is achieved whilst maintaining and enhancing margin contribution.
As the Regional Sales Manager you will play a visible and high profile role in the ongoing development of the larger key account customers, working collaboratively with colleagues to create real value add.
Significant international experience within a multi-national organisation will be a pre-requisite, but of equal importance will be the confidence and presence to quickly establish trust and credibility with customers and colleagues alike. Fluency in one or more European languages would be advantageous.
The successful candidate will be a proactive self-starter and will excel in a role which tests their analytical, organisational and communication skills to the full
