With the addition of Lloyd Equestrian to its domestic Lawn & Leisure business, as well as selling and servicing new Isuzus and used pick-ups and 4x4s, Lloyd Ltd has become a one-stop-shop for the rural community.

The Role

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Aftersales Manager to join our management team, based at Carlisle, Cumbria. Working closely with the Dealer Principals to lead and effectively manage the service and parts teams across our eight branches; maximising their productivity and exceeding sales and profit targets.



  • You will be actively involved in implementing best practice and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • You will require excellent negotiation skills in order to effectively liaise with the manufacturers on all aspect of parts and service.
  • You will have responsibility for the warranty department and ensuring that warranty claims are processed effectively.

The person


This is an exciting opportunity for a person with drive, determination and enthusiasm together with a flexible attitude towards work, ideally with previous relevant experience and an appreciation of the industries in which we operate.

The successful applicant must be IT literate and hold a Full UK driving licence as travel will be required to our various branches and manufacturer meetings. 

Hours of work are Monday to Friday from 8.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m., and Saturday mornings, as business needs dictate.

In return, you will receive an excellent Remuneration Package + Company Car + Relocation Allowance.
