Sales Executive – IT Solutions (OTE £80K Uncapped) 
Hampton Hill, London 
Up to £50,000 Basic Plus Uncapped Commission Structure (OTE £80,000), KPI Bonuses, Pension Scheme (after 6 months), 20 Days’ Holiday (increasing to 25 with service)

Our client is an IT solutions company specialising in Infrastructure, Cloud Services, Supply and Managed Services. Their key partners are HP Enterprise, Microsoft and VMware. They are now looking for Sales Executives to develop and manage their own customer base, selling the company’s key technologies and services. 

This vibrant business has already experienced great success, with a strong, established brand. They have exciting plans in the works (with a new website launching early next year) with new innovative solutions ready to take to market. You’ll have the chance to play a key role in their future success. 

As a Sales Executive, you’ll be responsible for maximising sales of our client’s exceptional IT solutions to corporate and SME customers. 

Within a non-micro sales culture, you’ll receive extensive training, as well as ongoing support from our client’s superb technical pre and post-sales resources. What’s more, you’ll be well-rewarded for your hard work with a fantastic uncapped commission structure and big KPI bonuses. 

Specifically, your duties will involve: 

- Proactively building and managing your customer base using a variety of channels 
- Identifying ways to develop profitable business and sustainable relationships 
- Providing high levels of service to your client base to facilitate repeat business 
- Converting incoming marketing leads 
- Reporting on your progress to the Sales Manager 

Think you’re up to the challenge? To be considered, you must have previous experience of selling IT Infrastructure, Cloud and supply services to corporate and SME customers. 

As a Sales Executive, you must be a strong negotiator who is always ready for a new challenge. Proactive and results-driven, you must also have a collaborative mindset and great prioritisation abilities.
