As one of the UK's leading independent professional services companies we are currently looking for an intelligent, professional communicator to join us as a Marketing and Business Development Coordinator for our Guildford office. Working closely with the Regional and National Marketing and Business Development team, you will be responsible for supporting the development, delivery and monitoring of strategic marketing and business development activity.

Supporting the Business Development Manager and wider team, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of approved business development plans, regularly checking progress against these plans and helping to ensure delivery within budget and adequate ROI. In addition you will:

  • Undertake research as and when necessary, to identify office targets and support business development activity.
  • Support the BDM and Partners in delivering all external communications material and collateral, within brand guidelines, to support campaigns.
  • Coordinate and deliver a programme of seminars and events for the office, within budget, taking responsibility for event management and running the administration of events.
  • Monitor and use all company systems including CRM, email communication and billing systems, to create reports, monitor office progress and to execute elements of the BD plan.
  • Support the design and coordination of all proposals.
  • Coordination and production of internal communications material.

The role requires a highly organised, professional communicator with good commercial awareness and an understanding of marketing and business development processes. You will have the ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels within the firm. It is essential that you have good attention to detail, a desire to learn and the ability to take accountability and ownership of workloads and prioritise effectively
