What’s the Collections Advisor role all about?
You will be responsible for contacting customers who have fallen into arrears with their credit card payments. The Collections Advisor will be able to assess their current financial situation through asking probing questions and building rapport. Successful Collections Advisors will be able to negotiate whilst displaying empathy and understanding in order to collect any outstanding balances or arrange a suitable payment arrangement.
