Salary off £22,000 a year
Our client based in Penn Hill Poole are looking to recruit a Sous Chef.
You will be running the kitchen in the head chefs absence, maintaining the standard of the food and hygiene, training junior members of staff, ensuring targets are met with food and labour costs.
- 45 to 50 hours a week.
- A mix of splits and straight shifts.
