An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Telesales Executive to join the Company at a time of planned change and exponential growth. This role involves a combination of office and field sales and therefore ability to travel is essential.
As a Telesales Executive your duties will include:
- Making high volume outbound calls to potential clients in order for them to pursue new sales opportunities;
- Managing full cycle of the sales process;
- Sending quotes and other literature to the relevant contact;
- Following up all leads with a view to winning orders;
- Using and updating the in-house CRM database software (and Pipedrive).
We are looking for a Telesales Executive who:
- Has previous experience in Telesales with a proven record of success in;
- Is financially driven;
- Obtains excellent negotiating skills;
- Has a pleasant personality with good rapport building skills, who is able to maintain good working relationships;
- Has a hunger to succeed;
- Is self-motivated and target oriented;
- Has a positive approach to work and able to handle rejection well;
- Has a perfect work ethic;
- Good IT skills (Pipedrive / CRM);
- Has ability to travel.
In return you will receive a salary of £20,000 per annum + commission, OTE 25-30k plus and rewarding career opportunities.
