Position: Client Account Manager
Location: Camden, North West London - National Travel Will Be Required
Salary: Competitive (Dependent on Experience)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am – 5.30pm (Additional Hours May Be Required)

Our client is a professional, face-to-face field marketing agency with almost 30 years of global experience acquiring customers and regular-giving donors of behalf of their clients.

In partnership with the independent brand ambassadors in their network, they help their clients’ to connect in a personal way with their target markets and acquire thousands of customers and donors for them every year.

They are now looking for an enthusiastic individual with excellent interpersonal skills and operational experience to manage and develop their client campaigns.

The Client Account Manager Role:
The main purpose of this Client Account Manager role is to support, manage and progress the client campaign to maximise customer acquisitions for Clients, Owners, Field Representatives and The Company.

You will also ensure all day to day operations are managed effectively and efficiently and in line with any regulatory requirements.

This is a very diverse and hands on role involving engagement with a number of different stakeholders on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To be the first point of contact for the day to day running of the campaign for Owners, Administrators, Senior Management and the Client
  • To prepare regular MI reporting from raw data, including daily and weekly overview reports and ad hoc requests
  • To complete weekly invoicing and payment processing and liaise with the Finance department where required
  • To review and improve operational processes with the client and their sales network, and document these processes
  • To manage Stock, Territory and Quality Assurance
  • To identify and action efficiency and development opportunities for The Company and the Client(s). To provide relevant information to Management (and other parties as necessary) in order to move projects forward and resolve any outstanding issues
  • Any other reasonable duty which the General Manager assigns
Skills & Experience Required:
  • Must be a confident individual who thrives in a fast paced environment
  • Client / relationship management experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong people and team skills working with multiple stakeholders
  • High degree of initiative and ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Can-do attitude and hands-on approach
  • Ability to hit deadlines and work on budgets
  • Accuracy and attention to detail with numerical and written work
  • Strong multi-tasking skills
  • Strong commercial awareness
  • Excellent English language skills (verbal and written)
  • Microsoft office skills – intermediate to advanced level required on Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Word
