Our client is a new media publishing company; we publish, develop and invest in brands, websites & products that inspire change in the lives of others.

Role & Responsibilities:
- Provide an awesome, personalised experience to each customer
- Effectively diagnose and solve customer queries through various channels inc email, phone & social media
- Analyse each customer's feedback & give the best solution for them
- Daily management of Social Media & our CRM & product delivery to ensure 100% customer satisfaction
- Work fast & efficiently prioritising daily tasks independently and within the team

Full-Time: 9am - 5pm (Mon to Fri)
Pay: £7.50 to £9.50 per hour depending on experience.

- A good command of the English language and excellent writing skills
- A competent grasp of computers and the internet

- A minimum of 1 years experience in customer service (preferred) - full training will be given
