Your New Company:

Your New Role:

To support the continued growth of the business, as a First Response Homecare Support Worker you will provide care and support to people in their own homes for between 4 - 6 weeks following their discharge from hospital.

You will be available to provide care at short notice (your weekly hours guaranteed), providing a service across the following areas of North Tyneside: NE25, NE26, NE27, NE28, NE29 and NE30.

This will be an incredibly varied and fulfilling role and your duties will include:

• Personal care.
• Assistance with daily living tasks.
• Maintaining and promoting independence.
• Enabling.
• Undertaking daily health observations.

First Response Homecare Support Worker - What You Need:

• Recent care experience.
• The ability and confidence to work unsupervised.
• A desire to learn and acquire new skills.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
• Full driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
• Availability to work flexibly including weekends, nights and bank holidays.

Required: Recent employment (less than 1 year) in a social care setting

Drivers Licence essential.
