They are currently looking for talented, experienced and enthusiastic Care Co-ordinators to join their growing team in Leeds.
Your New Role:
Care Co-ordinators are responsible for the effective organisation of support worker rosters to ensure the delivery of domiciliary care within a specific target area.
You will manage the workloads of care delivery staff on a day-to-day basis and will handle any issues of poor performance, including disciplinary issues.
Care Co-ordinator - Your Skills and Knowledge:
The post-holder will possess an excellent career record in the care sector, will be a confident user of IT, and will have the ability to effectively priorities competing tasks.

Salary: £20,097 plus Bonuses
Job Type: Full Time, On-Call Rota at Weekends
