  • Part-Time: 16 - 30 hours per week.
  • Salary: £8.20 - £8.70 per hour.

As a result of continuing service development, we are looking for staff to join our teams providing individual support to people with disabilities in Lanark and the surrounding areas. The successful candidates will enjoy supporting people and have a positive attitude and commitment towards making a difference to the lives of the people we support.

Your duties will include supporting people with personal care, their home and finances and to develop and maintain full and active participation in the community. A commitment to an individualised approach is essential and experience of working with people with disabilities is desirable.

We are also keen to hear from applicants who may be unable to commit to a contracted post at the moment, but would have availability to support people when they are able to do so as a member of KEY’s Relief Register. There are more details of how this could work for you in the information pack.

Applicants must be prepared to work flexibly as part of the team to meet service users’ needs and shifts will include work in the evenings and weekends. Sleepovers are required and an additional payment is made.

KEY provides excellent professional supervision, support and training, including access to the SVQ Framework and a chance to really make a difference.
