At Eden Futures we are looking for a passionate, caring Support Worker to join our growing friendly team to work with a lady who has a spinal injury to live in her own home in Fenton, Stoke on Trent.
Job Title – Support Worker

Hours – Shifts are 12 hours (8-8 or 9-9) during the day and at night.

Support Worker – Duties will Include:
- Personal care
- Managing her continence (toilet) needs,
- Dressing, cleaning and generally supporting her with tasks that enable her to live in her own home and access events within the community.
You will be trained by a community nurse specialist so that you will have all the skills in order to meet her clinical needs.
