CNG Engineering offers has an exciting opportunity for an Engineering Project Manager to join their team based in Featherstone, West Yorkshire. The role will be a full time, permanent position offering a negotiable salary depending upon previous experience.

The Company offers a complete structural design and drawing service using the latest 3d design software. We work closely with our clients creating innovative engineering solutions proofing detail and fit prior to fabrication reducing lead times and reworking's. We design and build a variety of industrial machines and structures such as crushers, breweries, compactors, recycling plants, hydraulic grab and lift machines, staircases, canopies and platforms.

We are looking for an experienced Engineering Project Manager to join the team. For the role which is based in Featherstone you will need knowledge and experience of managing all aspects of engineering projects including the design, production, certification and deployment of technologically advanced products. You will report to the Managing Director and will oversee both external and internal projects. 

Engineering Project Manager - Role Overview

For external projects the role holder will be expected to prepare, quote and manage the project plans; to liaise with key suppliers, sub-contractors, project partners and customers to ensure roles and responsibilities are clearly defined; and to track progress of each individual work package against the project plan to ensure the successful delivery of all their contracts on time and within budget.

Internal projects will be related to the expansion and optimisation of the company's manufacturing operations which will be crucial to the company over the next few years. The engineering project manager will need to be able to demonstrate wide experience in optimisation of manufacturing operations, preferably from similar industries.

The successful candidate will be driven, pragmatic and able to work without supervision but be able to seek support and advice when necessary.
