Domiciliary Care Manager

This care group is looking for a manager for their domiciliary department.

They have an exciting opportunity to join the group and build a career with an ever expanding family run company.

They are looking for a manager who enjoys working in a busy and fast paced environment with some achievable challenges along the way. The candidate must have extensive experience of managing a domiciliary care service.

Domiciliary Care Manager - Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for meeting internal and CQC standards alongside overseeing the management of the company on a daily basis.
- Managing and supervising the team of part time and full time employees.
- Monitor the performance of the company's policies and procedures.
- Ensuring that the care of the service users is a top priority at all times and is in line with their individual relevant and current care plans.
- Developing and setting performance indicators for the staff.
- Carry out quality assurance monitoring periodically.
- Liaising with other appropriate professionals.

Domiciliary Care Manager - Preferred Qualifications:
- QCF / NVQ level 5 management.
- Registered managers award.
- I.T Literate

The successful candidate will be offered a salary of £33,000 - £40,000 per annum (subject to qualifications and experience) including other benefits.
