Avionics Bench Technician/Engineer

FINTEC recruit is seeking a Avionics Bench Technician/Engineer for our Aviation client. This is a permanent role based in Bournemouth. You will be required to hold an EASA Form 1 Signatory for approvals of maintenance on EASE part 145 Aircraft.

Role and Responsibilities:

As a Avionics Bench Technician/Engineer your responsibilities will include the following:-

• Troubleshoot avionics, electrical, wiring systems to engineering schematic specifications

• Test avionics electrical and systems as per manufacturer instructions

• Troubleshoot and repair avionics systems to a component level on the bench

• Assist on planning installation/repair modifications and repair station documentation

• Occasionally traveling to perform off-site modifications, repairs or customer support.

Requirements:

The successful candidate for the Avionics Bench Technician/Engineer role will have:-

• Relevant Avionics experience

• Preferably Helicopter experience

• Experience in Avionics bench test equipment

• EASA Form 1 Signatory, approvals of EASA part 145 Aircraft
