Chef De Parte
Country pub requires a good team player and Chef de Partie.
The right candidate should have at least 2/3 years previous experience in this role within a country pub environment. References and relevant qualifications will also be required. In return, you will be rewarded with a competitive salary.
Level 2 Diploma in professional cookery (City and Guilds)
BTEC National Certificate/diploma in Hospitality or hospitality supervision
HACCP knowledge and at least Level 2 food handler???s certificate
We hold a number of events throughout the year, beer festivals, weddings, shoot dinners, hunt breakfasts and charity events to name but a few.
Our menu is traditional British fare using local produce where possible. However, we would like to aspire to a rosette ,therefore offering something a bit more special. If you are trained to this standard or would like to be and are motivated to help the team go forward, you could be the one for us.
