Digital Sales Executive, Bristol

£20,000 - 23,000 + bonus potential of £1500 per month

This is a role for a dynamic, tenacious sales person who wants to build their own territory within a rapidly growing digital advertising market, both on a local and national level. We do not require previous sales experience, but the will to succeed and make your location a success is essential.

80% of your time will be generating new business clients, from self-generating leads, cold calling and qualifying needs with a consultative approach and matching solutions to best suit the client; you will then manage these accounts along with some existing clients. You will become an expert within a specific location, looking at market trends as well as understanding your competitors within the recruitment industry.

We are looking for extremely self-motivated individuals, who have an appetite for advertising sales and giving excellent customer service. You will be self-motivated and have the enthusiasm to achieve results in order to hit your targets and minimum standards of performance. We want people who are confident in striving to be the best.
