Due to continued growth our client is looking for a dynamic Administration Assistant to join their water audit business based in Wakefield.
This unique opportunity comes at an exciting time within the company as they are looking to hire an individual who wishes to learn and grow with the company.
The Role
This post would particularly suit anyone who is adaptable, fast thinking and relishes a challenge to succeed.
Your daily responsibilities will include;
• Daily database management – inputting of water related bills accurately and efficiently
• Liaising with customers on their enquiries / requests
• Processing incoming and outgoing mail, selecting the appropriate courier as required to ensure that mail reaches recipients in a timely manner
This post requires individuals who hold the relevant skills and experience to thrive within this role;
• Ability to work to tight deadlines, paying attention to detail and within a busy work environment
• Ability to work independently
• Full Driving licence would be advantageous
• Excellent organisational & communication skills
• Strong IT skills including Excel, Word and good typing speed
• An excellent multi-tasker & ability to keep calm under pressure
• Ability to maintain accurate records, undertake ongoing training on a regular basis
