An experienced, pragmatic and outcomes focused CRM Project Manager is required by a leading London based charity to lead the implementation of MS Dynamics CRM. The client has embarked on a major digital initiative underpinned by a new Microsoft Dynamics CRM implementation. Following the initiation of the project our client is now seeking a strong communicator with excellent leadership skills to manage all delivery phases of the CRM project. The Project Manager will work with solutions providers to help transform the digital footprint of this charitable organisation. The role is offered on a fixed term 12 month contract.


- Responsibility for the delivery of a successful implementation of MS Dynamics CRM
- Align the CRM initiative with concurrent Web projects
- Ensure the CRM projects are managed within controlled but pragmatic frameworks
- Proactively manage the project budget, risks & issues
- Ensure effective project decision making and status reporting
- Co-ordinate and support all aspects of project deployment
- Conduct and facilitate internal functional specification workshops
- Co-ordinate a comprehensive testing and training plan

Skills and Experience

- Track record of successful CRM project implementation especially in SMEs
- Management of multi-partner and vendor CRM projects
- Experience of managing Microsoft Dynamics CRM projects is essential
- Experience of supply chain management is preferred but not essential
- Experience of managing large budgets and vendor contracts
- Strong Dynamics CRM technical skills and appreciation of capabilities
- Good knowledge of the SDLC lifecycle and methods,
- Highly effective communication skills and tact with proven collaborative skills
- Able to develop strong credibility and rapport quickly with stakeholders
- Excellent organisational and planning skills
- Demonstrates initiative, is pro‐active and exercises good judgement
- Ability to introduce project management and governance pragmatically
- Self-motivated, self-managing and a creative problem solver

The employer is a leading London based charity focused on working to inspire a love of reading in children in the U.K and overseas. The role is offered on a twelve month fixed term contract with a salary of up to £70k per annum with an immediate start.
