We're looking for a Data Administrator to provide the highest quality service and to ensure minimum unscheduled down time across all users and systems. Operating in a hi-tech, cutting edge industry, you will be exposed to new and emerging technologies. This is a challenging and rewarding position that requires an individual with both a diverse technical skill set and excellent communication skills.

This exciting opportunity within a fast moving and dynamic company will require an influential individual to be responsible for data preparation, processing and reporting. The role is to create and maintain an environment within which the processing of data and report production for all projects is delivered to agreed deadlines at the agreed quality standards.

Overall Responsibilities / Key Tasks:
- Monitoring systems and data activity
- Build and deploy systems per pre defined specifications
- Creation & support of system UI's using Access / Excel
- Analysing data from a variety of sources to identify and resolve exceptions in an accurate and timely manner
- Update and maintain information on computer systems and in archives
- General data administration of the collection system data
- Effectively apply our methodology and enforce department and company standards
- Escalating issues surrounding missing or incomplete data, either to relevant internal parties, or by liaising directly with external customers or agents

Skills & Experience:
- Excellent IT skills, Access and Excel are key
- SQL standard language beneficial but not essential.
- Knowledge of database theory.
- Knowledge of database design.

- Willing to share techniques and skills with peers
- Ability to make confident decisions, learn quickly and think logically
- Excellent communication - both written and verbal
- An analytical approach and strong attention to detail
