Salary: £24,000 - £26,000

This Integrated Engineering Solutions company specialising in Building Services Maintenance, HVAC, Building Controls, M&E and Fire currently deliver their services to the prime commercial, luxury and leisure property sectors within central London and the home counties.

Their clients include, Standard Life Investments, Jones Lang La Salle, MJ Mapp, GBR Phoenix Beard, Helix Property, Hilson Moran and JD Wetherspoon.

About the role

They have an immediate requirement for a suitably competent shift maintenance handyman/woman to join their busy building services maintenance team.

The successful candidates will be working varius shifts including nights and weekends within prime commercial office buildings carrying out planned maintenance such as fan coil unit servicing and other tasks that are necessary to complete out of normal working hours.

Previous experience in a multi-disciplined operations/maintenance team in commercial buildings and on basic HVAC systems would be an advantage.

This is a permanent position with an immediate start, hours of work will be flexible. You will be required to work a minimum of four shifts per week equateing to 40 hours per week from Monday through to Sunday working flexible hours between 8.00am - 07.00am depending on the needs of the business.

Job Specifics

- Flexible hours between 07.00am-07.00am
- Monday through to Sunday flexible night & day shifts
