Field Sales Representative

Our client is looking for a field sales representative to join their expanding team. The successful candidate will cover the South East of England so will ideally be based in that area.

They are the UK???s number 1 manufacturer and installer of outdoor canopies and shelters and market leaders in both the Education and Hospitality sectors having satisfied the requirements of thousands of customers over the last 26 years.

Candidate Requirements:
??? Enthusiasm to work as both part of a team and individually
??? Ability to plan and organise your diary efficiently
??? Determination to work hard and succeed
??? Proven track record in field sales and any construction related sales experience is an advantage although not essential
??? Self driven results oriented with a positive outlook
??? A natural forward planner who is able to critique or assess own performance
??? Sufficiently flexible to travel throughout the designated area
??? Able to travel to the companies head office in Darwen on a regular basis involving overnight stays
??? Well presented/business like with a clean or nearly clean full driving licence

Skills Required:
??? Excellent face to face and telephone communicator
??? A minimum of experience in field sales essential
??? Any construction related sales experience an advantage
??? Computer skills - Word, Excel, CRM
??? Ability to plan/organise and motivate


Key relationships:
??? To demonstrate the ability to interact and co-operate with all company employees
??? To develop relationships with installation department and with the company
??? To develop relationships with customers and respond to their exact needs

Company car is provided along with all equipment to do the job successfully and the role has an OTE of circa ??42,000 which includes a basic salary of ??25,000 and bonus.
