A Part-time Property Administrator is required to join a highly regarded and expanding lettings and estate agency presenting an excellent opportunity for the right person.
Hours: normally 12 hours a week including every Saturday morning 9.30am to 1.30pm and one full day in the week (ideally Monday 9am to 17.30pm, but this can be flexible to suit the applicant).
The role will include:
- Helping tenants with their property search
- Arranging viewings
- Dealing with tenancy applications and references
- Liaising with tenants and landlords
- Updating on-line property records
- General office administration

Though experience in lettings is desirable, it is by no means essential as our client hires for attitude over qualifications. You must, however, be able to demonstrate you can fulfil the requirements of role.

- Confident people person (can communicate well face to face, in writing and on the phone)
- Professional and friendly
- Computer literate (use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Attention to detail
- Conscientious
- Organised
- Full driving licence
