My client is a leading independent online retailer of entertainment products based in Bradford (BD17), West Yorkshire.
They currently have a permanent full time position for an experienced eCommerce Assistant to join their growing team. Immediate start.
You should have 1-2 years' experience within an e-commerce role as well as a keen interest in online retail/e-commerce sales.
Reporting to their eCommerce Manager you will be responsible for key areas such as customer service, inventory management and product listing development;
Roles & Responsibilities:
Product Listings - Researching, creating and optimising product listings on eBay, Amazon and other webstores
Support - Answering the phone, and providing customer support via email / ticket system
Data Input - Creating product data files for uploading to e-commerce channels
Reporting - Providing weekly sales and customer service reports
Orders - Processing orders and raising invoices for wholesale customers
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
Minimum 1 years experience work with Amazon / eBay, or in a similar eCommerce environment
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
Excellent written and verbal communication
Excellent all round IT skills
Ability to meet tight deadlines and multi-task effectively
Salary is £17,500 - £20,000 depending on experience.
