Position: Compliance Business Partner
Location: Guildford
Salary: £80000 - £100000 per annum + package of benefits

The company client is a reputable financial services organisation with a global presence who are currently looking to recruit a driven and articulate Compliance Business Partner to join their team office based in either Surrey or Hampshire, with time spent in their London office. This is an outstanding opportunity to achieve a highly lucrative and rewarding career.
Main duties will involve:
* Reporting to the UK Head of Compliance
* Maintain and build the relation with the regulator for both the UK and Ireland
* Provide assurance, guidance and evidence to the board in relation to investment activity
* Assist with implementing compliance policies
* Keep abreast with current regulatory risk and upcoming changes
Background and abilities for this role:
* Detailed knowledge of FCA regulations relating to SYSC, FUND, COBS etc.
* A proven track record of providing advice, guidance and challenge to the business.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
