The successful candidate will undertake the following duties:
* Reporting to the Head of UK Risk you will support end-to-end pension product and distribution activity in the UK.
* You will work closely with the Group Risk Management and other Oversight functions to ensure that risks are managed in line with risk appetite and that the risk framework is embedded and complied with.
* You will proactively challenge existing practices and recommend risk solutions whilst establishing good relationships and carrying out risk based reviews.
Background and skills set for this role:
* Extensive operational risk experience gained within the pensions industry
* Proven management and leadership experience
* Impressive communication skills, both written and verbal
* Degree qualified - ideally post graduate relation to business, finance or risk management
