Estimator

My client, a family run contractor focused on providing customers throughout Essex, London and the South East with professional Groundwork and Civil Engineering services are currently recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor/Estimator to join their Essex office.

Ideal skills and experience:

· Good eye for detail

· Highly numerate and in depth knowledge of the building sector

· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

· Highly organised and efficient

· Recognised construction/quantity surveying qualification to HND level or above preferred

· Advanced computer literacy including estimating software and Excel

· At least 5 yrs relevant experience within the UK and proven track record of similar projects

· Clean driving license

· On site experience would also be advantageous
