Chef de Partie 2 Rosette Bath Up To 18.6k Plus Tips
Our client is looking for a strong Chef de Partie to join their stunning hotel which boasts a 2AA Rosette restaurant. This busy hotel has a formal dining room and three function rooms which can seat up 120 covers each. This stunning busy hotel is situated on the outskirts of Bath.
We are looking for a chef de Partie with previous experience as a Chef de Partie with a stable two or three years' background in a 1 or 2 Rosette hotel or restaurant. As Chef de Partie you will be expected to and supervise Commis and Demi chefs.
As Chef de Partie you need to have good all round skills and the ability to run sections and complete daily prep lists. You may have the opportunity to showcase some of your own ideas, depending on experience.
Most importantly as a Chef de Partie we are looking for a team player, someone with a real passion for cooking and with the patience to help train this into juniors.
