GP Practice Manager
We require an experienced and successful manager to join our efficient and high performing Practice in Bristol commencing December 2016. Experience in leading, managing and developing a team in a changing and challenging environment is essential and you will be passionate about developing high quality and effective customer/patient services. You will be responsible both for the strategic development of the Practice and for the overall day to day operation and delivery of primary care GP services. Candidates will need a sound knowledge of business management and finance and excellent communication skills at all levels.
The position is for up to 30 hours per week, worked over 4 days and offers a salary up to £41,000 p.a. (pro rata and depending upon experience) and generous holiday entitlement. Experience of working within the NHS would be an advantage.
