Right in the middle of some of Edinburgh's most impressive hotels and within close proximity to the Odeon Cinema, The Chanter is the perfect place to meet up with friends or unwind with work colleague. The clientele is a broad mix of students, regulars (daytime), and weekend revellers in Edinburgh. Weekends provides a large volume of pre-booked sales with stag and hen parties visiting Edinburgh.
Entertainment is on offer on Fridays and Saturdays in the form of a live DJ with Sports playing a big part of the offer with a huge following for both football and rugby.
OUR GENERAL MANAGERS
Need to be fun, entrepreneurial, driven to be the best and obsessed with delivering service and standards!
They all possess great leadership skills and it's their responsibility to develop high performing teams that can deliver, while bringing the fun of Stonegate to life!
Responsible for controlling, developing and improving all aspects of the business, including: P&L, people, standards, legal compliance, service and brand integrity. Our general managers are empowered to run their Pub/Bar as if it were their own.
These roles are varied, fast-paced and ever-changing; no two days are the same!
SALARY & BENEFITS (WHAT WE WILL DO FOR YOU):
