General Manager vacancy: The Swan Inn is a majestic building overlooking a sharp bend in the River Bure.
It's position on the Norfolk Broads has made it a distinctive landmark for river users and locals alike. This is a real seasonal business, which can see the site take 10k a week in Winter and 40k a week in Summer. The business also has a 12-bedroom Inn Keepers Lodge attached.
General Manager role:
Managing and training your team
Ensuring our guests are cared for to the highest standards
Provide excellent customer experiences, acting as a host
Working towards and achieving business targets
Dedicating time to develop your team using our tailored development framework
