Duty Manager - Gastro Pub
Salary: Up to GBP34,000 per annum
Location: Lambeth, London
We are currently recruiting for an Experienced Duty Manager to look after this very successful local independent Gastro Pub in Lambeth.
The successful Duty Manager must:
Work hand-in-hand with the other manager
Be very hands on,
Have strong managerial skills,
Knowledge of H&S and licensing laws and regulations,
Have a good financial awareness,
Have worked with fresh food before,
Have an approachable and lovely personality,
Most of all, like good food and good wines & beers J.
In return, you will have:
Excellent salary package of up GBP34,000 per annum
28 days Holidays (including Bank Holidays) as a start
Be part of a growing independent company with a supportive team
Experience in a restaurant or gastro pub essential as it is a food-led pub.
