Due to their continued success and the increasing popularity of 24 hour venues, the business is now seeking reliable, confident, customer oriented managers to manage key venues in Lincolnshire and East Yorkshire, offering the highest standards of customer service to a growing night-time clientele.
Essential Attributes
The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate excellent communication and customer handling skills as well as assuming responsibility for the venue and controlling the overall operation of the business throughout the night, ensuring that the company's reputation as the best high street gaming operator is continually promoted and maintained. The environment is busy, exciting and they are therefore seeking someone with a strong personality and gregarious nature. Applications from SIA license holders will be considered by preference. Personal qualities such as smart appearance and a down to earth common sense approach are also essential requirements.
As you would expect from a fast-paced, seven-day business, the busiest times are when customers are having fun, so working at weekends and over Bank Holiday periods are an integral part of this role.
