Bar Manager - London
We are currently recruiting for Bar Manager to join the Team at Hakkasan Group!
Hakkasan Group is a worldwide hospitality company with establishments located across the United States, Europe, Middle East, and Asia. Its name is taken from the Michelin star restaurant that set the high-level standard for the group's collection of diverse brands. In London, Hakkasan Group has 4 brands across 6 sites: Hakkasan, Yauatcha, HKK and Sake no Hana.
The ideal Bar Manager for Hakkasan Group has:
A minimum of 3 year experience in a similar role and within a fast paced environment; Experience in a luxury venue would be a distinct advantage;
Exceptional service standards with attention to detail;
Excellent understanding of bar operations:
Creative imagination and a tenacious passion to succeed and develop:
Good command of English with the ability to communicate confidently;
Leadership and delegation skills including the ability to train and mentor the Bar Team:
Ability to work under pressure and willingness to work as part of a team;
Availability to work full-time and be flexible.
