: Job Title: General Kitchen Assistant Salary: Band 1 ?7.52 per hour Location: Fulford School Hours: 21.25 Term time only We are currently recruiting a General Kitchen Assistant for Fulford School, York. As General Kitchen Assistant your role will be to assist the Cook/Catering Manager in delivering an efficient catering service operating to the highest standards of food safety. Your everyday tasks will include carrying out basic food preparation, setting out and putting away dining room furniture, serving meals to students and staff, washing up and cleaning the kitchen and dining room. Job Title: Cashier Salary: Band 3 7.58 per hour Location: Fulford School Hours: 7.50 Term time only We are currently recruiting a Cashier for Fulford School, York. As Cashier your role will be to assist the Catering Manager in delivering an efficient catering service operating to the highest standards of food safety. Your everyday tasks will include operating tills at morning break and at lunchtime in an efficient manner; the collection of cash from customers in schools not operating a cashless payment system; ensuring all sales are accurately recorded as paid or free meals and are reconciled with total sales. The post holder may be required to undertake the duties of a General Kitchen Assistant in order to maintain an efficient and effective service; this requirement shall be at the discretion of the Catering Manager.
