Head Receptionist

An exciting opportunity has arisen within Vets4Pets Yate for an experienced Head Receptionist.

The successful candidate needs to be able support the other receptionists, to offer amazing client service, be prepared to lead front of house, experience of reception duties and responsibility, keen to be part of developing the new practice (always trying to get better every day), committed to constant client interaction (includes selling care plans), good time keeping, efficiency, tidy and organized. 

The successful candidate will work closely with the team and JVP, Keith Holton.

You will manage many aspects and these will grow as the practice develops.

This is a busy and demanding role so you must cope well under pressure, be computer literate and able to multi task. This is a 30-35 hours per week position including a 1 in 4 weekend rota.
