IT Managed Service Delivery Manager

An opportunity has arisen for an IT Managed Service Delivery Manager to join Dataspire to help deliver managed IT Support services to our education clients.

The role will involve travel when required to provide support to Dataspire Managed Service customers in schools throughout the North West of England. Transport and a valid driving licence is essential for this role.

Any candidates should have experience in running managed services in a service desk environment and possess excellent organisational and customer service skills. Technical experience of a range of  technologies, exposure to the education sector and experience of ITIL concepts and processes is extremely desirable.

As a Managed Service Delivery Manager  your duties will include:

• Routine communication with customers
• Develop and encourage new customer relationships
• Ensure high quality customer service
• Manage change projects
• Remote management of technical staff and workload at customer sites
• Deliver and develop successful managed services
• Assist with the launch of new Managed Services
• Develop and promote new solutions and sales opportunities
• Positively promote the company’s reputation

Continuous training and opportunities to progress within the company will be provided.

In return you will receive a salary of £27,000 per annum.
