Call Centre Agent - £7.20 Per Hour & Bonus

Based in Glasgow City Centre, this company provides financial services to numerous clients across the UK & Ireland.

They now require additional Collections Agents for both full time and part time positions with immediate starts available.

Full time hours are Monday to Thursday either 9am-5.30pm or 10am-6.30pm & Friday 8.30am-5pm.

Part time hours are Monday to Thursday 5.30pm-8.30pm & Saturday 9am-12.30pm.

Your role as a Collections Agent will involve contacting debtors, both commercial and consumer, in order to arrange repayments of their clients overdue accounts. You will be provided with a diary of accounts to manage and in addition to answering inbound calls you will be expected to maximise their clients returns by utilising their system of outbound calls, legal letters, email & text campaigns.

Full training is provided.

In return they offer a basic salary of £7.20 per hour and excellent uncapped bonus.
