Our client is a friendly Family run pub & restaurant situated roughly 5 minutes from Holt town Centre. They pride themselves in producing everything in house, to a high and consistent standard. Their kitchen is now under the running of a Michelin/Rosette experienced Head Chef, and they are currently working towards our 1st Rosette. They are looking for an experienced CDP to join their team and help them take the business forward.

The candidate will already be working as a Chef De Partie or be an experienced Commis Chef looking to take the next step in their career under the direction of their Head & Senior Sous Chefs.

You will need to be able to work under pressure confidently & Competently on all sections of the kitchen under the direction of more senior members of the team & will look to progress eventually to a Junior Sous Chef role so that on occasions you are capable to take on responsibility for the day to day running of the kitchen in the absence of the head chef & Senior Sous, as well as developing general kitchen management skills.

You will help oversee different sections of this fast-paced fresh food kitchen using locally sourced quality ingredients. The Chef De Partie will have strong culinary skills & technical ability, high standards and attention to detail are a must.

The Chef De Partie will be:
??? Ideally experienced in a similar role and environment at Rosette level
??? Responsible for maintaining health and safety practices and good hygiene in line with company food safety standards within their kitchen
??? Be a team player as well as self-motivated with a positive attitude
??? Able to confidently run their own section in the kitchen
??? Have a genuine passion and flair for fresh ingredients along with first rate culinary skills

Ideally you will live locally and have your own transport as they are in a rural location and you will be required to do regular split shifts, evenings and weekends. Hours are 30 ??? 40 per week.
