Welcome Ambassador- Belfast

Due to continued expansion, fantastic opportunities have arisen for confident and enthusiastic Welcome Ambassadors to join a company that specialise in providing visitor welcome and street management services to some of the UK’s best-known destinations. Based in Belfast, the successful Welcome Ambassadors will earn an hourly rate of £8.25

In just 4 years, the company has grown from 15 to more than 100 highly talented and motivated staff, spread across 20 locations. This phenomenal growth has been the result of the exceptional levels of customer service provided by the team. The company’s area of expertise includes visitor welcome and street concierge services, business visits on behalf of its clients, environmental audits and intelligence gathering.

As a Welcome Ambassador in Belfast, you will direct visitors to all the main shopping areas and other visitor attractions and be on hand to offer general advice and guidance to ensure they get the most from their visit and leave with a great impression of the area. 

Your day-to-day responsibilities as a Welcome Ambassador will include:

• Providing a warm and professional welcome to visitors and residents;
• Patrolling designated areas and offering information and assistance to shoppers and other visitors to this vibrant city;
• Being pro-active by approaching customers and those who look to be in need of assistance;
• Actively promoting the area, observing and reacting to customers’ needs and requests.
• At all times, acting in a courteous and professional manner, remembering your position as an Ambassador for the company and our client;
• Visiting designated businesses in the area to promote all the activities of our client;
• Liaising with Police, security staff/managers on any relevant matters, offering assistance when required;
• Monitoring incidents of anti-social behaviour and dealing with or reporting as necessary.

Additional information: Working 7 days a week on a rolling 3 week roster.  Average working hours will be 40 hours per week. Tailored uniform is provided, as is a company mobile and bonus scheme.
