Field Sales / Business Development Executive

Egham, Surrey - You will be based in an office in Egham, Surrey, but would be able to work from home when appropriate; you will be expected to travel around the UK when required to meet customers.

Your job as Field Sales / Business Development Executive

You will be expected to develop from a ‘hands-on’ trainee role, through management, ultimately to a board position with shareholding.  Acting as an understudy to the Managing Director, you will take over responsibility for a unique range of niche products, helping to introduce new added value products and services to existing UK customers, securing new customers to add to the company’s expanding user base and finding new routes to market. Responsibility will initially be just the UK, but ultimately could extend to include international responsibilities.

What will you need in becoming the successful Field Sales / Business Development Executive?

You will be expected to be a hungry, computer literate self-starter, ideally with demonstrable experience of operating efficiently from both an office and from home, without close supervision.

Project sales experience to the construction industry could be useful in this role but not essential, as could past exposure to the industrial cleaning industry. On-the-job training will be provided as necessary, together with additional external training if required. 


Package would be commensurate with experience but an OTE of up to £30,000 would be possible in the first year. Salary/commission split would to some extent be negotiable for the right candidate; share options would be available after 24 months successful development of the role.
