This UK based B2C and B2B multi-channel eCommerce company is owned by an international trade and investment group. The company was established 2010 to build on the groups expansion into the online consumer market. The group has extensive experience within product development and on the strength of this has opened branches and developed brands in America, Canada, France, Germany and Italy.

They are currently looking for a HR and Accountant Assistant in their Perivale head office. Working in a fast paced environment you will need to be reliable with your timekeeping / attendance and flexible / adaptable in your approach to work, and be able to step-up to cover for the other people when required. You will need to be able to cope under pressure, be self-motivated and confident. This role will also have responsibility for supporting the General Manager and Accountant Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Officer

- Recording and maintenance of personnel files for all staff

- New Appointments / Leavers / Maternity Leave etc.

- Collect information for overtime claims

- Assisting with recruitment and selection of new staff

- Responsible for maintaining holiday, Attendance, Sickness

- Dealing with complaints and grievance procedures

- Dealing with Disciplinary action

- Training and development of the staff

- Managing PDP on quarterly basis

- Report to General Manager

Required qualifications/skills/education:

- Attention to detail

- Ability to work to deadlines

- A flexible, positive approach to work

- Basic knowledge of labor law

- Good HR admin knowledge

- The successful candidate must also have a qualification of CIPD level 3

The role will suit someone who has good understanding in generalist HR. It will suit someone who likes to be kept busy and who enjoys turning their hand to different tasks each day. The role offers an excellent opportunity to further your skills across a variety of HR based tasks.
