This exciting opportunity will enable you to gain experience in all areas of the Hospitality Industry whilst working towards a Level 2 and/or Level 3 qualification in Hospitality Services

You will be mentored by a the experienced Owner of The Red Cat who has built up a first class restaurant serving fresh pizzas, pastas, seafood and grills. Infact the largest menu in Lancashire.

As an apprentice you will be a valued member of our hospitality team, within our high quality restaurant and bar.

You will work alongside other experienced staff and learn all aspects of the role including

• Food Production and Service
• Bar and Barista work
• Customer relations
• Table and waiting service
• Excellent customer service.

You’ll need to be able to work well under pressure, our establishment is busy and vibrant and the rest of the team will be there to support you. You’ll also need to have a genuine passion for people, customer service and catering along with a keenness to learn. We’re looking for reliable, punctual, people with a ‘can do’ attitude.

Apprentices will work between 30 to 40 hours a week and your college time will be included in these. Please note you’ll need to work weekends and evenings and you should consider how you will get to and from the Red Cat.

Finally, once you have completed your qualification within the role, you may be offered full time employment with ongoing prospects for career development with a company that is fast growing and vibrant.
