Telesales / Call Centre Staff required
Harrow (HA3 7TS)

Our client is now for looking telesales professionals to work in thier call centre

Requirements:
* Making outbound calls to clients to discuss a range of Telecoms products
* To contact clients in a professional, polite and empathetic manner
* Handling client objections
* Building rapport with clients
* Deliver consistently high levels of customer service
* Continually meet objectives and targets set
* Apply 'Treating Customer Fairly' principal to all clients, at all times

Experience & Skills:
* Experience of Telesales is essential
* Experience of Telecoms services is preferred but not essential
* Proven experience of high level of customer service
* Previous experience in telesales and a call centre environment is essential
* Ability to communicate and work effectively with clients, employees and teams at all levels, ability to work as part of a team

Working Hours:
* Full Time Hours: Monday-Friday: 10:00am - 7:00pm and Alternative Saturdays: 11:00am - 3:00pm
