Retail Business Development Mgr (Spanish Speaker)

Successful British home shopping retailer is currently launching in to mainland Spain and requires bilingual (Spanish & English) speakers.

This is an exciting opportunity to work Full or Part Time, either from the UK or Spain helping to recruit, train & develop a team of independent home shopping consultants based in Spain. The teams will consist of both native Spanish and British ex-pats, hence the requirement for bilingual applicants.

The role of the Business Development Manager is to support and guide team members to achieve their individual ambitions as well as drive our rapid expansion plans following a successful pre launch trial.

Whilst experience in a consumer driven market is advantageous, full training & support will be provided.

The company offer a very generous reward package including bonuses, cars and free foreign travel. OTE of 1,200€ to 2,500€ part time, per month or more full time is available for ambitious individuals within 3 to 6 months. This income would rise in direct proportion to the size of team you recruit, train & support.
