General Manager vacancy: Harvester are looking for a General Manager for their Aylesbury restaurant on Broadfields Retail Park, just off Bicester Road in Aylesbury.
This is a 1 floor 'retail box' Harvester delivering the Best of British Harvest to a good mix of residential trade and passing shoppers. With a strong existing team in place, there is opportunity for the successful General Manager to drive guest reputation through delivering the Fresh and Wholesome brand with consistency. Managing and training your team
Ensuring our guests are cared for to the highest standards
Provide excellent customer experiences, acting as a host
Working towards and achieving business targets
Dedicating time to develop your team using our tailored development framework
